You will then have the option of submitting an application to HighMark, Inc.
The acceptance of applicants as In-Country Facilitators is at the
discretion of HighMark, Inc. or a Sponsoring Organization

The development of a working relationship
between the In-Country Facilitator and a Sponsoring Organization
(which provides instructors) is subject to mutual agreement.
